Order Guide
First time shopping with VGroove? We make it easy! Just follow these steps if you ever have trouble:
1.) Navigate through the website and find the product(s) you want to buy. Once found, for example our original VGroove Drill Bit, simply click "Add to Cart". You can access your cart by clicking "View Cart" or by clicking the cart icon in the top right of the website.
2.) If you wish to add more items to your cart, you can click "Continue shopping" and if you're ready to complete your purchase, simply click "Check Out" in within your cart. You will see an order form that you need to fill with your info so that we can get your new item(s) to you (name, address, email, phone number...), simply click "Continue to shipping method".
3.) At this stage you're going to see a shipping rate based on your location and you can choose from three different shipping types. Pick the one you want and click "Continue to payment method".
4.) We offer many different payment methods, you can choose based off of your desired preference. After your payment is complete you will receive an order confirmation email and upon fulfillment an email with a tracking number.
